The Cosmetic Toiletry Fragrance Association of Singapore (CTFAS) is conducting a workshop on Market Access for Cosmetics (Ensuring the Safety and Efficacy of Cosmetic Products) on October 12 and 13, 2010 at the York Hotel in Singapore.

This event consists of a series of three (3) technical workshops covering safety and efficacy requirements and good distribution practice. The objective of these workshops is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to comply with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD).

For this event, the CTFAS has lined up prominent experts: Dr. Alain Khaiat, the President of SEERS Consulting, and Dr. Bhashkar Mukerji, Toxicology Manager of Johnson and Johnson (Asia Pacific).
